INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup (15 grams) chopped curly-leaf kale
- ½ cup (140 grams) 100% apple juice
- ¼ cup (38 g) diced English cucumber
- ⅓ cup (62 g) diced green apple
- 1 cup (135 grams) frozen green grapes
- ¾ cup (75 grams) frozen rhubarb
- ⅓ cup (40 g) frozen diced avocado
- Pinch of kosher salt
- ¾ scoop (28 grams) Maple Cinnamon Farmer Protein
DIRECTIONS
- De-stem and chop the curly leaf kale. Add it to a blender with the apple juice and blend on medium speed until completely liquified—about 1 to 2 minutes, depending on the strength of your blender.
- Dice the cucumber and apple, then add them to the blender with the frozen grapes, avocado, rhubarb, and salt. Starting on low speed and increasing to medium-high speed, blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the Farmer Protein and blend on low for about 10 seconds until just combined. Pour into a glass and serve.
